The Rotary Foundation

Million Dollar Dinner

With special guest Rotary International President

Ron Burton

The Zone 34 Million Dollar Dinner has a lofty but attainable goal: To raise a minimum of One Million Dollars for the programs of The Rotary Foundation in this Rotary year. We will accomplish this goal through generous outright Major Gifts (a generous gift of $10,000 or greater) or Bequest Society commitments (a minimum commitment of $10,000 in one’s estate plans) to The Rotary Foundation. All Rotarians and spouses who make new gifts or commitments to the Rotary Foundation between 1 July and 31 December 2013 will be invited to attend.

Invited guests may register by clicking HERE.

How will YOU be invited?

Making a Bequest Society Commitment to the Rotary Foundation:

You may support this event by increasing your existing Bequest Society commitment or becoming a new member of The Bequest Society with a minimum commitment of $10,000.  Bequests are gifts committed in your will, or by including The Rotary Foundation as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy.  Becoming a member of The Bequest Society of our Rotary Foundation is simple. Once you have made the decision to do so, the easiest method is to use this on-line form. Fill out then click to email or print and mail and we will follow-up with you. You will want to eventually include your plans in your will and  share this codicil form with your attorney or financial planner.  You may also email Major Gift Officer Debra Lowe at for assistance

Making a Major Gift to the Rotary Foundation:

Outright gifts to our Foundation may be made by cash, check, credit card or publicly traded securities.  Charitable Gift Annuities are an excellent way to make a major gift to our Foundation, receive tax benefits and fixed payments for life. Please email Major Gift Officer for information and assistance.

A major gift to our Rotary Foundation in the amount of $10,000 or greater can be pledged and gifted over a 2-3 year period with recognition awarded upon the initial gift installment.

Don’t miss this special opportunity to be recognized for your generosity by our Rotary International President Ron Burton, make history in our Zone 34 and ensure Rotary continues to ‘Do Good in the World’.   For brochures providing more detailed information or email Debra Lowe or Endowment and Major Gift Advisor Bill Woulfin
